Specific service details depend on the event type, venue condition, cleaning scope, team availability, access requirements, and written quote or agreement.

We may restrict access to the website if we believe it is being misused.
3. Quotes and Estimates
Any quote, price range, or estimate provided by Event Cleaning Chicago is based on the information available at the time of the request.

A quote may change if the actual event conditions are different from the details provided during the request. This includes larger guest counts, additional rooms, excessive trash, heavy spills, blocked access, unsafe conditions, or extra cleaning tasks not included in the original scope.
4. Booking Confirmation
A service is not confirmed until Event Cleaning Chicago accepts the booking and confirms the service details.

- Customer name and contact details
- Event address or venue location
- Event date and cleaning time
- Cleaning scope
- Access instructions
- Parking or loading instructions
- Deposit or advance payment, if required
- Written confirmation by email, text, invoice, or agreement
Submitting a form on the website does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed booking.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Because event cleaning requires team scheduling, travel planning, and time blocking, cancellations must be made as early as possible.
Recommended policy for your site:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before service may be rescheduled without a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service may be subject to a partial cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to a higher cancellation fee.
- If our team arrives and cannot access the venue, the service may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
- If the event date, time, or location changes, we will try to reschedule based on availability.
Final cancellation terms may depend on the booking size, staffing requirements, and written agreement.
10. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be provided in the quote, invoice, or booking confirmation.
Depending on the service, we may require:
- Deposit before booking confirmation
- Full payment before service
- Payment on service completion
- Invoice payment by a stated due date
- Additional payment for approved extra work
Late payments may result in delayed service, collection action, cancellation of future bookings, or additional charges where allowed by law.
11. Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply when the actual service requires more time, labor, materials, or resources than originally quoted.
Examples include:

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before performing extra work that may increase the final cost.
12. Supplies and Equipment
Unless otherwise agreed, Event Cleaning Chicago may bring standard cleaning supplies and equipment needed for the confirmed service.
Some venues may require specific products, equipment, insurance documentation, or safety procedures. The customer is responsible for informing us of these requirements before the service date.
If the venue requires special supplies, equipment, permits, or disposal arrangements, additional charges may apply.
13. Satisfaction Policy
We aim to provide professional and reliable event cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, you must contact us within 24 hours of service completion and provide details of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may review the concern and offer a reasonable correction, partial adjustment, or other resolution. We may request photos, videos, or venue feedback to understand the issue.
This satisfaction policy does not apply to issues caused by:
- New mess created after our team leaves
- Areas not included in the agreed scope
- Pre-existing stains, damage, or wear
- Venue conditions outside our control
- Customer failure to provide access or accurate service details
14. Damage and Pre-Existing Conditions
The customer is responsible for informing us about fragile items, damaged surfaces, special flooring, sensitive materials, venue restrictions, or areas requiring special care.
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Loose fixtures
- Poorly installed items
- Unstable furniture or décor
- Stains that cannot be removed through standard cleaning

- Items left in trash areas or not clearly marked for retention
If you believe damage occurred during service, you must notify us as soon as possible and provide supporting details.
15. Lost or Discarded Items
Event cleaning often involves trash collection and removal from event areas. The customer is responsible for removing or identifying valuable items before cleaning begins.
We are not responsible for items discarded because they were left in trash areas, mixed with waste, placed in disposable containers, or not clearly marked.
Before post-event cleaning begins, please remove personal belongings, vendor items, décor, gifts, equipment, and valuables from the cleaning area.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Event Cleaning Chicago is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website use, quote requests, booking changes, cleaning services, delays, access issues, venue conditions, or third-party actions.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
17. No Guarantee of Specific Results
We work to provide professional cleaning based on the agreed scope. However, we cannot guarantee that every stain, odor, mark, spill, or surface issue can be fully removed.
Cleaning results may depend on:
- Age of the stain

- Surface condition
- Prior damage
- Cleaning limitations set by the venue
- Products allowed by the property
- Time available for service
We will use reasonable professional care, but we do not guarantee restoration of damaged or heavily worn surfaces.

The customer is responsible for coordinating with the venue and confirming that cleaning services are allowed at the scheduled time.
